Laura Hubble Edwards - Head Veterinary Nurse

Laura returned after maternity leave at the end of last year having had her second boy.

She has a Staffie called Frank with a fear of fireworks!!


Kim Forshaw BSc(Hons) - Head Veterinary Nurse and Assessor

Kim has worked at Mildmay since January 2001 after gaining a degree in Biology and Geography from Southampton Uni. Kim qualified as a Nurse in 2004 and is now the Head Nurse and Student Assessor.

She runs Mildmay’s puppy parties and has interests in all aspects of nursing especially nurse clinics and surgery.

Her pride and joy is her Border Terrier Mouse, they are inseparable!!


Gemma Edwards - Veterinary Nurse

Gemma gained a foundation degree in Veterinary Nursing from London and now is now a permanent member of staff.

Gemma can be found at our Overton Branch on a Tuesday and a Friday assisting with operations and holding nurse clinics, she is especially interested in laboratory work and weight clinics.

Gemma has two cats, Timmy and Maisie which she has had since they were kittens.


Vicky Rowlands - Veterinary Nurse

Vicki qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in January 2010 and has worked here since 2007 part time after having children.

Vicky has had previous years of experience as a nurse and in her spare time she is busy looking after two boys, two horses, a dog and a rabbit.


Emily Binfield - Veterinary Nurse

Emily has worked at Mildmay since 2008 and is now a qualified Veterinary Nurse, having completed her course at MYF College in Aldershot.

Emily has developed a keen interest in the management of the laboratory and has also started to assist with puppy classes.

Emily loves black Labradors having one herself called Harry, he is 3 although he still acts as though he is a puppy.


Tiffanie Trim - 2nd Year Trainee Nurse

Tiffanie has only been at the practice since 2009, although the number of accident reports she has filled out suggest she has been here longer!

She is a Student Nurse currently working towards her NVQ level 3 at MYF.

She has a dog called Edison and is a keen rugby player in her spare time.


Emma Rickman - 2nd Year Trainee Nurse

Emma has been at Mildmay since 2009, she is currently working towards her NVQ Level 3 in Veterinary Nursing.

Emma is a very dedicated nurse who loves all aspects of veterinary nursing, especially patient care.

She has a cat called Jack who she describes as “sensitive, clingy and a bit of a mummy’s boy”.


Sam Luffman - 1st Year Trainee Nurse

Sam joined Mildmay in November 2009 and started college in September 2010 to work towards her nursing qualification.

Sam has a mixed bunch of animals, but she is especially keen on horse riding and has a pony of her own.


Kayleigh Barnes - 1st Year Trainee Nurse

Kayleigh is the newest member of the nursing team and will be starting college in September 2011.
